VA Procurement Decision Makers' Portal (VA Staff only)

Welcome to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Procurement Decision Makers’ (PDM) Portal – the portal for industry engagement, event management, and opportunity matchmaking. By entering this portal and providing the information requested, you agree to be a PDM (a.k.a. Buyer) that will add procurement opportunities and participate in scheduled activities to meet Service Disabled Veteran-owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and firms in other socio-economic categories (e. g. Women-owned, HUBZone, 8(A) etc.) during the 2019 NVSBE and other future Direct Access Program events.

The VA Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization is conducting the 2019 NVSBE at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, December 10-11.

This year’s event will entail three Communities of Interest (e.g. Business Lines)
· Information Technology
· Medical Supplies and Services
· Specialty Supplies and Services

We will NOT showcase any construction or construction-related opportunities at the 2019 NVSBE. VA PDMs with construction and construction related opportunities are attending the Society of American Military Engineers (S.A.M.E.) 2019 Federal Small Business Conference in Dallas, Texas.

We are requesting all PDMs to update their existing profiles or create a new profile in our Industry Engagement and Event Management System. After completing your profile, you will be prompted to enter the procurement opportunities you intend to discuss with businesses during the event. Please enter procurement opportunities for fiscal year 2020 and beyond, to include those which you are contemplating.

Click on the Register button above to update/create your profile and enter your opportunities.

Please create or update your profile by September 20. Updating or creating your profile by the September 20 deadline will enable NVSBE participants to see the available opportunities, register for the event and build their schedule to meet you!

Any users having issues accessing the VetBiz Portal with PIV credentials. Please first contact the VA Helpdesk at 1-855-673-4357 to confirm your credentials are up to date. Once you have confirmed please contact the NVSBE Help Desk at 1-844-687-2318 for further assistance.
