The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 directed the Small Business Administration (SBA) to create a Governmentwide certification program for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Effective January 1, 2023, SBA assumed responsibility for certifying Veteran-Owned small firms. If you have questions, please contact SBA at vetcert@sba.gov. About USPS 

Provides technical advice, program guidance, and policy interpretation on Supplier Diversity issues. Acting as a liaison with industry and trade associations, government agencies, and special emphasis groups to develop and maintain a communication and information system on Small, minority-owned, and women-owned business issues.  Participates in activities that promote supplier development and diversity.   Activities include business forums, workshops, seminars, symposiums, business opportunity fairs, and tradeshows.
